This festival will open spaces for experimenting and playing with presence, movement, sensuality and touch on land and in the water. Teachers and practioners from related disciplines are invited to share their research and invite us on a journey into being in touch. The grounding base for this journey will be presence in physical sensation.Presence allows us to surf incoming waves instead of getting washed away. Released vital energy widens our inner spaces for perception and playfulness and may express itself in the lightness, ease and flow.

To be in touch is an essential need as an embodied and sentient being. The more natural the touch/contact is with what is carrying me (a body, a hand, the floor, water,...), the more effortless and joyful the movement on, into and out of this support will be.
